Shipping & Returns

Teame Designs’ goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with all purchases.  We aim to carefully process and ship your order as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery

Shipping and handling charges will be assessed during checkout.  We deliver via USPS Ground or a comparable delivery service to valid addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O and F.P.O addresses.  Local orders may be available for pick up or delivery.

 

Shipping Time

Standard delivery via USPS Ground or a comparable delivery service usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.  Processing will vary due to the nature of some custom products.  For premade items, if it is not in stock, you will be informed by email and given an expected shipping date.  Once the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email, if requested.  You may follow up on the status of your delivery at www.usps.com using the given tracking number.  Please note that tracking numbers are assigned before the delivery service picks up your merchandise.  Tracking links at www.usps.com may take up to 24 hours for activation.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

You may return or refund purchased merchandise within 30 days of delivery.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, regardless of circumstance.

Teame Designs may accept returns of good merchandise in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

- Return of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from Teame Designs.   Accepted returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

- Merchandise that has been marked, or otherwise defaced, is not eligible for return or exchange.

- Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Exchanges

If your merchandise is damaged in transit, or is missing parts or accessories, we will gladly send you a replacement.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt in order to arrange a replacement.  After 10 days, any damaged or missing parts will not be replaced.

 

Return and Exchange Shipping

For a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your merchandise.  Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.  For returns concerning quality issues, we must receive a high quality digital picture of the damaged merchandise by email before an RMA is approved.  Merchandise returned must be in its original condition.

Shipping charges for return, reshipping charges for exchange, and any returns lost are the responsibility of the customer.  Teame Designs recommends always insuring and shipping packages with a delivery service that can be tracked.  After the merchandise is returned, it will be inspected.  Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition.   All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.  Please allow up to 15 days for processing.

 

Invalid Delivery Address

If the delivery address is invalid and the merchandise is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and handling charges and the shipping charges for return incurred by the unsuccessful delivery.  The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Shipment Refusal

If the merchandise arrives at the delivery address and is refused, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and handling charges and the shipping charges for return incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.  The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancelled orders will be subjected to the following:

- If the order is cancelled prior to processing, there will be no charge.

- If the order is cancelled after processing, but before shipment, but is an in stock item, there will be no charge.

- If the order is cancelled after processing, but prior to shipment, and is a custom order, the customer will be responsible for a 30% processing fee.

- If the order is cancelled after shipment, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping and handling charges, shipping charges for return, and a 30% processing fee. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
