If an agreed upon design cannot be figured out, then you will be immediately refunded, no questions asked.
These scripts are decorative in nature and are not designed for pegs to hold medals - they will not support the weight. At your request, they can include hooks, but these are for lightweight things such as hair ribbons, jewelry, competition ribbons, etc. - if you would like us to include hooks, just indicate this in special instructions box.
